Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened mattress toppers.
To arrange a return, please email us at sleepwell@dfibeds.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
A return collection fee of £25will apply.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:
1️⃣ Recheck your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your card provider — it may take extra time to post.
3️⃣ Contact us at sleepwell@dfibeds.com for further assistance.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email sleepwell@dfibeds.com.


Warranty
All DFI Toppers products include a manufacturer’s warranty.
If you experience a fault due to defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item as appropriate.
